Plain-English Summary: AutoPackager is currently in beta. We only collect the information you voluntarily submit through our request-access form (name, work email, company, role, and an optional message). We use that information solely to contact you about early access. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any other purpose.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site and processing form submissions (see Section 6). These vendors are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and to use it only as directed by us.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AutoPackager, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We currently use the following sub-processors to operate our Site and handle form submissions:

  • Vercel, Inc. โ€” Website hosting and content delivery. Vercel may collect standard server access logs including IP addresses. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other CRM or analytics platform at this time.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

  • Form submissions: Contact form data is retained until you request deletion or until it is no longer needed for beta outreach purposes, whichever comes first.
  • Email correspondence: Communications initiated in response to your form submission are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes.

When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Site
  • Strict HTTP security headers (Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy)
  • Access controls limiting who within our organization can view submitted form data
  • Use of reputable, SOC 2-audited infrastructure providers (Vercel)

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will promptly notify you if we become aware of a breach involving your personal data, as required by applicable law.
